Searching for a junior program coordinator to work closely with our Project Management office (PMO). From day one, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between the business Lines and across our community. The ideal candidate will have some experience in business analyst role.

Objective of this role:

Assist our Project Management office (PMO) in overseeing strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and cluster heads
Perform research and analysis to support the executive team in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation
Monitor progress on strategic business initiatives: plan, budgets, timeline and KPIs

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Perform research on specific organizations and influence maps to devise a better and more comprehensive strategic / attack plan
  • Investigate industries and trends to help with the prioritization and focus efforts
  • Research the competition, partners and influencer ecosystem to keep track on what is happening in terms of market evolution
  • Consolidate multiple information sources to create a holistic view of the market, perform analysis to support decision making and regular quality checks to improve the data accuracy
  • Manage multiple stakeholder meetings: prepare agenda & content, organize meetings and follow-up on actions
  • Maintain status update for multiple initiatives & program to keep all key stakeholders informed
  • Perform regular updates of dashboards to keep track of the KPIs
  • Support in the preparation of major events including executive meetings
  • Contribute to new strategies & partnerships that need to be established to support the business ambition
  • Collaborations with communication, marketing and PR team to increase visibility of specific initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • 0-2 years in a business analyst role
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Strong communicator in written and verbal form
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels
  • Proactive, flexible and a strong decision making ability

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.

A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product*s sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle's sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2-5 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred. Demonstrated aptitude for solving business problems using technology and applications. Ability to work with and communicate effectively with multiple colleagues in a team selling environment. Business and account planning implementation experience. Conversant in Oracle technology and product strategies. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
