We are currently looking for an experienced Assist. Publication Officer
Core Job responsibilities:
The Publications Assistant plays a key role for the updating Aircraft Documentations. The job involves updating of Aircraft/OCC Library and Post Flight Documentations in the various systems. This Job also involves other administrative responsibilities like Monitoring Aircraft Fuel Flow and other parameters, certifying various invoices for timely payment to the vendors.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Shall Monitor Aircraft fuel consumption efficiently and provide required data to the Management.
- Shall be responsible for Monitoring, Timely procurement, Compilation, Dissemination & updating Aircraft Documentations /OCC library.
- Shall liaise with external service providers to obtain the latest documentation.
- Shall ensure that all flight documents on board and in OCC library are current.
- Shall obtain post flight documents from the aircraft and update the same in various system.
- Shall verify and correct post flight documents whenever required and forward the same to the clients.
- Shall maintain the post flight documents as per company requirement.
- Shall verify various invoices like Catering, Navigational, Airport, Overflying permits and aircraft documentation related invoices.
- Shall forward documents to external regulatory agencies and other departments as and when required.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management
