Job Information:
- Identifying the needs of the company for the supply of necessary products.
- Executes orders, requests and negotiates for the purchase of company products.
- Analyzes proposed prices, performs financial reporting and any other data and information, to determine the best price.
- Tracks the transport process to the warehouse and monitors shipments to ensure that goods arrive on time.
- Prepares and maintains a database for all suppliers.
Job Requirements:
- University degree – Preferred “Business Administration” Branch.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of basic computer and other software
- Preferably familiar with work tools and building materials.
- It is preferred to have knowledge in the field of purchasing.
Other requirements:
- Communication skills, verbal and written with managers, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the company.
- Effective analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- Have work ethic and integrity.
- Be agile and motivated to develop professionally
- Collaborates closely with other departments of the company.
