Job Information:
- Manage the suppliers of raw materials and consumables: sourcing, negotiation, supply, evaluation, documentation in the ERP.
- Monitor stocks of raw materials and consumables and trigger replenishment by applying pricing and storage policies.
- Ensure compliance with the raw materials storage policy: Legislation, Authorizations, organization of storage, inventories. Guarantee the reliability of stocks by computer and physical controls. Coordinate the annual inventory.
- Manage import files, relations with freight forwarders and customs, compliance with local administrative requirements (authorizations).
- Establish production programs by integrating customer requirements, inventory management and process capacities.
- Ensure the daily distribution of production orders, the follow-up of their realization and the recording in the ERP of material consumption.
Job Requirements:
- Desired experience of 3 years in a similar position or the position of production manager of an industrial unit
- Ensure the preparation of shipments and validate the schedule with the ADV service.
- Guarantee the conformity of products and labels to shipments.
- Be a referent on the proper use of ERP and the deployment of improvements.
- Be an actor in food and site safety.
- Alert in case of observed drift.
