Job Information:
- Manage the progress of projects: monitor the progress of on-site teams, suppliers and subcontractors (compliance with contractual and budgetary commitments, quality of deliverables, respect for budgets and deadlines).
- Understand the functional and technical context of the project and the specific challenges of our customers.
- Build and manage teams on site.
- Take charge of and manage the customer relationship over time (participate in contractual and financial negotiations, secure customer satisfaction, defuse dissatisfaction and negotiate solutions to the crisis, guarantee customer satisfaction).
- Participate in the pre-sales phases (responses to calls for tenders, costing, development of the commercial relationship)
Job Requirements:
- Higher education in IT with at least 2 years of professional experience in IT:
- You have project management experience and you are sensitive to agility.
- You have team management experience,
- Your linguistic level and your technical skills allow you to manage projects in a professional environment,
- Lead projects from their functional and technical design to their production and deployment.
- Be responsible for customer relations, the management of your on-site team, adherence to deadlines and budget, as well as the quality of deliveries, deployments and services.
