MISSION
Guide General Services, legal administration support and other administrative services of the area of reference, acting as trusted Business Partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all Trade Licenses in the region as well as others required for events or other activities.
- Coordinate legal matters with Corporate legal team and local lawyers circulating documents and keeping an accurate data base.
- Negotiate and deal with General Service suppliers ( maintenance, office material, pantry supplies, utilities etc.. ) ensuring an excellent service at the best price.
- Communication of disasters to the insurance company gathering all information from different departments/stores and follow up of claims.
- Support to Retail and Marketing in coordination with Corporate Security of all security licenses and activities necessary for daily activities and events.
- Support for the opening of new stores ( licenses, signature of lease agreements, supplies, etc..).
- Renovations and maintenance of stores and offices coordination with local suppliers and eventually with Corporate Interior Design team.
- Support to Logistics & Inventory Team on administrative, stock management tasks and coordination with Custom Agent and Transportation company.
- Provide legal documents and other company data to internal and external clients.
Profile
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Experience in Project Management ( organization, retro-plans, impact, communication etc..)
- Negotiation skills.
- Experience in Middle East legal regulations and licensing processes.
- Experience leading people.
