Job Description:
- Keep updating on the vehicle road tax and Technical vehicle inspection payment
- Prepare weekly transport schedule for project staff
- Keep updating on staff annul leave to following up leave days taken/remaining
- Prepare monthly vehicle report to ensure gasoline/fuel used and repair costs
- Inventory management for both field support and programs
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Fixed asset management, make sure all assets purchased are shared costs between programs and update with asset number label stick
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be Graduate
