Key Accountabilities
- Manage daily stores and inventory activities ensuring all are, recorded according per the set guidelines focusing on safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure the minimum, reorder and maximum levels for all products are well maintained at Ensuring that the monthly stocktaking verification is run with ZERO variances.
- Ensure all the inbound supplies are well recorded into the system and the relevant reports and documents are properly dispatched to the concerned department and the W&D filing system is up-to-date at all the times.
- Maintain an adequate control over the Direct Issue Items and ensure that the forms used are up-to-date at all the times.
- Ensure that the standard equipment list at the F&B Store division is well maintained and checked at all the times
- Assists the department head during the audit checks ensuring corrective measures (if any) are timely executed as per the set regulations and in accordance with approved quality standards.
- Ensure all airport lounge requirements are supplied as per the department requirement in terms of quantity, specifications and timings.
- Capable of developing teamwork
- Capable of dealing with diverse nationalities and differentiating between honest and straightforward suppliers from specification deviated or personnel trying to deliver sub-standard products dealing with them as per company procedure.
- Manages the allocation and performance of the respective team to execute action plans in line with business operational needs and agreed targets.
- Supervise staff performance and ensure work discipline and teamwork is maintained always.
- Comply with and practice the company’s established Hygiene and Safety policy and procedures.
- Independent decision worker and should be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 international standards, and execute his responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.

Essential Requirements and Competencies
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Should have excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Should be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum 5 years in the Warehousing & Distribution function preferably in the Food Industry, 2 years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
