Job Title: Admin and Sales Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the entire activities of the office.
- Monitoring employee job performance of other marketers.
- Leads the sales team to maximize performance.
- Be in charge of the office operations and also work with other staff.
- Ensure operations of the office runs smoothly.
- Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.
- Oversee sales activities in the office
- Keeps informed with the latest garget in the company
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (sales figures, etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Marketing or other related courses
- Must have 3 years’ experience as a sale representative / admin
- Female preferably
- Must live close to Ikeja, Lagos
- Must have good customer relation skill.
- Must be smart and intelligent.
- Candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
