Job Information:
- You take over the organization and development of individual transport solutions in the field of sea freight
- They constantly create offers, calculate prices and also participate in conceptual tenders
- They process daily inquiries, deal with complaints and provide information about the shipment status
- You look after and advise existing customers and win new customers
- You are in constant contact with our global branches, shipping agencies, freighters and rail operators
Job Requirements:
- Completed forwarding or commercial training
- Experience in sea freight desirable, ideally in the area of customer service
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good MS Office knowledge
- You are a communication talent
- You work in a solution-oriented, independent and precise manner
