Job Information:
Project management of optimization projects and new investments as well as project participation outside the responsible area
Contact persons and stakeholders for the assembly area
Networking between specialists and stakeholders in the area
Support and coaching of the shift managers in relation to VPS and cultural change as well as conducting workshops
Job Requirements:
- Education at a technical (university) school or a completed at least 3 years of professional training and corresponding several years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge of production technology and knowledge of production procedures and processes
- Good English knowledge
- Desire for independent design and implementation of new approaches
- good self-reflection and decision-making skills
