Job Information:
- Periodically controls and monitors the work progress of mechanical & hydraulic systems elevators, in order to ensure the normal and uninterrupted operation of plants / equipment / mechanisms;
- Monitors the work progress of the HVAC system, evaluates the temperature regime set in the facility, and proposes the relevant changes that must be made at the level of preset temperatures (set-point) as well as the operating regime of central equipment (chillers, UTA, compressors etc);
- Prepares and organizes all new projects or modifications in the systems under responsibility, as follows:
- Updates and prepares in engineering forms (eg Autocad) the planimetry of the respective premises of the systems under responsibility.
Job Requirements:
- Follows and organizes the execution of works for the implementation of new projects or modifications in the systems under responsibility.
- Performs tests, checks of ” as-built ” schemes and final situations based on projects.
- Prepares, submits for approval to the supervisor and administers the Plans for Controls, Services and Technical Maintenance (NESP) for the systems under responsibility;
- Correctly applies the rules of ethics and discipline at work;
- Organizes the management of technical-mechanical & hydraulic operators in cases of identification of various mechanical and hydraulic problems in systems and equipment;
