Job Summary: Looking for an Office Admin Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Handle the daily administrative operations of the office and offer excellent services for all sections
  • Control the daily, monthly or annual cost as well as budget
  • Manage the office logistics staff members for example management of the security, front desk, maintenance workers, cleaners etc
  • Inspect the company’s office environment, facilities as well as other fixed assets and organize for maintenance if necessary
  • Offer secretarial and office management support
  • Handle the office diary calendar as well as appointments
  • Organize meetings as well as special events for the company
  • Carry out basic book keeping tasks
  • Any other related assigned tasks
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Business Management
  • At least 2 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a contracting company
  • Must be an expert in using Ms Office suite
  • Applicants must have very good English skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Female candidates are required
  • Good leadership and decision making skills required
