 Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6 month FTC)

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing key administrative support to the UAE and Saudi Arabian offices throughout the entire recruitment cycle for a wide range of vacancies in Middle East.

Working closely with the Senior Office Operations Manager in Dubai as well as the wider Talent Acquisition team based in the UK and Europe, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to managers and candidates during the recruitment process including arranging interviews, advising on recruitment queries, administering testing as well as following up on feedback and updating recruitment trackers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Maintaining the local recruitment status tracker
  • Sending candidate profiles for screening, updating internal trackers and turning down unsuccessful candidates
  • Prioritising candidate interview and offer processes based on local requirements
  • Arranging interviews, booking interview rooms and sending out confirmations
  • Diary management of recruiters and recruiting line managers within the business for interviews
  • Communication: Dealing with queries from candidates, employees, line managers and recruitment partners in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing daily status updates on the candidate pipeline to stakeholders
  • Administering assessment tests as required
  • Processing candidate expenses
  • Point of contact for chosen PSL Agencies that we partner with in the Middle East
  • Updating internal IT systems

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience of working in a varied administrative role involving Recruitment
  • Has worked previously in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of a HR management system, ideally Workday
  • Confident communicator with people at all levels
  • High level of discretion
  • Fluency in English essential
