Job Description:
1. Responsible for company reception and telephone transfer;
2. Send and receive faxes, copy documents, send and receive letters, newspapers, documents, etc.;
3. Update and manage contact information such as employee correspondence addresses and telephone numbers in a timely manner;
4. Responsible for the arrangement of ordering water, newspapers, letters, parcels, cleaning carpets and contact with the express company, as well as the reconciliation of the express company’s monthly bills;
5. Responsible for receiving foreign customers;
6. ERP system entry
7. Complete other transactional tasks assigned by superiors

Job Qualifications:
2. College degree or above in secretarial, administrative management and related majors;
