Job information
1. Responsible for the overall management of the responsibility area and supervise the implementation.

3. Implement relevant regulations on management of property service plans.
4. Responsible for the collection of regional property fees and complete the task of collection of fees in this region.
5. Maintain good communication with the owner, identify service points, keep abreast of the owner’s dynamics, and put forward reasonable suggestions for special services in line with the actual project.
6. Follow up, deal with and respond to the problems reported by the owners. When encountering a principled problem, you will never make a promise to the owner and report to the superior in a timely manner. After agreeing to do a good job of explaining to the owner.
7. Implement the owner’s check-in procedures;
8. Deal with various emergencies and emergencies in the jurisdiction in a timely manner.
9. Cooperate with the company to continuously change service strategy, improve service quality, and increase owner satisfaction rate.
