Job information
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the general manager to deal with daily affairs and the liaison and coordination of various functional departments, and do a good job of dispatching the situation;
2. Assist in tracking the achievement of business objectives of the company, provide analysis opinions and suggestions for improvement;
3. Under the leadership of the general manager, be responsible for the arrangement, implementation, inspection, supervision and implementation of the specific management work of the enterprise.
4. Do a good job in the organization and minutes of the general manager’s office meetings and other meetings. Do a good job in drafting and issuing documents such as resolutions, design proposals, and contracts .
5. Assist the manager in the arrangement and execution of various administrative affairs; complete other affairs tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, secretarial, administrative management, human resource management, communication, computer and other related majors are preferred;
