Our client, a multinational automotive company based in Jebel Ali is urgently looking for an HR Administrative Assistant. Must have strong background/ experience in visa processing, payroll and administration.

To provide payroll inputs and ensure that staff are paid correctly on time.
Assist on the process of monthly overtime claims.
General:
Respond to ad-hoc requests on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications/Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Supports human resources department by organizing tests, and interviews with applicants.
- Update the database of CVs received from recruitment agencies.
- Follow up the required documents from applicants before their joining date.
- To undertake all required pre-employment checks.
- Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination and monitor staff absences, annual leave, compensatory off.
- Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries and attend to office security matters.
- Assist in the travel arrangement of guests and staffs including reservation of air travel, hotel accommodation.
- Assist in facilitating necessary permits/license from the authority, building maintenance, official vehicles, and other equipment.
- Maintains stock list and order office supplies as needed.
- Organize and manage the visa and other legal documents needed by the staff.
- Coordinate office services- cleaning, driver coordination, internet & telephone services to be available.

- Good computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible, resourceful, and efficient
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to function in multi-cultural environment
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of administrative support experience
- Microsoft suite experience
