Our client, a top company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team
Role:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record, sick, maternity, annual leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies and processes if necessary
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, HR forecast)
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules, pension for Nationals)
- Help with the Manpower recruitment plan
- Help with performance appraisals

Requirements:
- 5-7 years work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Generalist or relevant role
- - Experience with HR software - specifically Oracle
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
