Employment: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Objectives:
• We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties handling recruitment activities and assisting manager for administrative tasks
Main responsibilities:
• To find and employ the best-qualified person for each job.
• To minimize the cost of recruitment.
• To offer promising careers and security.
• To provide facilities for growth and development.
• To retain the best and most promising ones
• Assist the HR Manager in performing admin tasks
• Reporting to: HR Manager
• Other interactions: Finance DEPT, Sales Dept, Accounts Dept
• Number required: 1
• Duration: Permanent position
• Desired start date: Immediately
• Probation: 6
• Working Hours: 9 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
• Gross monthly base salary: 3000 TO 5000
Requirements
• University Qualifications: Bachelors
• Other certifications obtained: Preferably certification/diploma in HR
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and on-boarding activities
Specialist knowledge:
• Recruitment
• Knowledge of using job portals
• Experience in preparation of JD
• Assist administration/HR related tasks
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Excellent communication
• Conflict resolution strategies
• Team building skills
• Interpersonal and Interpersonal skills
• Age Range: 20 - 35
• Gender Preference: female
