GRC Production manager will be responsible for the shop floor with the following duties and responsibilities :
Key Requirement to be successful in this role :
At lease 5 years of experience in GRC Production and fabrication (Both types of GRC and GRP)
Role Description :
1. Planning and organizing as per drawing analysis
2. Preparing practical breakdown for production procedure
3. Should be able to maintain the speed / capacity of the line with highest efficacy rate.
4. Estimating with the team to prepare the BOQ flexible for the QS
5. Negotiating and Agreeing budgets and timescales with managers
6. Determining quality control standards
7. Providing any developments / advancement on the Production line to increase the efficiency
8. Preparing Master Molds and panels
9. Preparing model format of checklist for mold, fabrication and final inspection
10. Preparing the database of the total mix per machine and total inventory log project wise
11. Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
12. Ensuring that health and safety regulations with QHSE managers
13. Control and monitoring of measuring devices in the production facility & labs regarding the calibration of plant, water mix etc.
14. Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
15. Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
16. Organizing relevant training sessions
