Overview
The Global Market and Treasury Organization under its authorities delegated by the Board and its Committees is responsible for the following functions for the Group:Asset liability Management.
The Sales & Structuring
Trading of approved products within limits approved yearly by the Board under Market Risk Limits
The job holder provides a full range of office management services involving top level executives of the bank (both internally and externally). The role holder interfaces with senior executives of the bank and is expected to use a high degree of discretion, confidentiality and tact in their interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings with internal and external senior management.
- Diarize, liaise, firm up meetings for the Senior Executives and other members of Treasury dept & provide all meeting necessities (calendar invites, meeting rooms bookings, presentation materials, car park arrangements for the visiting parties etc.)
- Plan & organize business travel arrangements and other related matters in connection with the business trip in a timely and cost effective way (ticket bookings, transport, hotel accommodation etc.)
- Creation of itineraries for business travel / arrange & co-ordinate meetings with the various banks/clients at the place of visit.
- Correspond with internal and external parties on behalf of the department head.
- Ensure that matters concerning the department are attended to promptly.
- Event Management eg, GEM awards
- Processing of invoices
- Customer service/satisfaction
- Proactively communicate issues / problems to concerned person to resolve issues.

Qualifications
Skills and Experience:- Knowledge of correspondent banks, financial markets, Secretarial qualities, Microsoft Office/PowerPoint.
- Bank policies and procedures to guide the team as and when required
- Motivated self starter who is well organized and a team player who can work with minimal supervision, without getting flustered in very challenging circumstances.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 10+ years experience in a Financial Institution performing administrative duties.
