Job Description
We are looking for someone driven and detail-oriented to join our team as a Paralegal. This job entails digesting and processing vast amounts of information, which will require you to have phenomenal organizational skills as well as the ability to communicate the details. You will also be handling confidential and sensitive information, so patience, sensitivity and tact are important qualities.Your responsibilities will be:
- Preparing, filing, organizing and maintaining legal, tax and administrative records.
- Acting as a company secretary on internal and external official meetings.
- Assisting with KYC requests relating to the company structure and its key persons.
- Preparing and executing internal employee contracts and supplier agreements.
- Supporting the portfolio companies with their legal and administrative needs (e.g ESOP and employee contracts)
- Preparing and executing convertible notes agreements.
- Supporting the legal due diligence process and deliverables.
- Preparing noncomplex follow-on investment agreements
- Supporting with the preparation of investment term sheets.
- Supporting with the preparation of official Limited Partners communications.

- 3-5 years’ experience in a Paralegal role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management or equivalent.
- Investigative mind and strong research skills.
- Experience in preparing legal reports.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
