- Your contribution to something big
- Support daily General Manager Assistant operations
- Support the preparation and organization of meetings and events related to the General Manger. (e.g. fairs, internal meetings), as well as visits from Bosch top-management or external delegations
- Facilitate the coordination between different business divisions
- Support the preparation and coordination of strategic projects steered by the management
- Support travel management
- Maintain our intranet pages and regularly update/generate new contents
- Support in updating country and market studies
Qualifications
Bachelor or master degree in business administration or equivalentAdditional Information
What Distinguishes You- Fluent English, German/Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
- High level of accuracy and flexibility
- Ability to deal with different cultures at all levels of the organization
