Job Responsibilities:

  • Procurement management and generation of bundling effects
  • Determination of requirements and order processing (scheduling of materials according to schedule and quantities)
  • Deadline monitoring of ongoing order processes
  • Inventory management (range optimization, expiry date monitoring, support for consignment warehouses)
  • Supplier management (adherence to quantities and deadlines, supplier discussions and visits, supplier evaluation)
  • Complaint processing and clarification

Job Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • or a degree with a focus on supply chain or purchasing
  • You have several years of experience in purchasing, ideally in a comparable position
  • They are safe and experienced in dealing with APS and ERP systems
  • You have a strong understanding of processes, assertiveness and a high affinity for numbers
  • You are a team player, flexible and ready to take on new tasks
  • You have a very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
