YOUR ROLE

Interface directly with an established customer base. Monitor assigned accounts to ensure that all contractual requirements are met and manage all activities and projects within these accounts. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Should be aware of all the contract obligation with the customer: KPI, liability, economics agreement.
  • Ensure all contractual agreements for assigned accounts are met, according with the guidelines decide by Site manager.
  • Ensure the KPI reports are updated and correct. Present with the CL Manager the results of the months.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for the customer. Will be responsible to supervise the administration activity for the customer which is handled by contract manager.
  • Track, respond to, and resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify process breakdowns, recommend solutions for improvements.
  • Monitor quantity and quality of jobs being performed throughout the day, providing guidance and advice as necessary
  • CEVA employees dedicated, develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.
  • Inspect and ensure that operators perform as per the check list on a daily basis and advise Contract Logistics General Manager of any issues.
  • Ensure that we are effectively leveraging and deploy support resources to pursue continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Inspect and review staff scheduling for peaks and valleys of workload to assure maximum productivity with minimal or no overtime usage.
  • Support new business growth and development within the facility.
  • Inspect and ensure a positive and consistent corporate image and approach is integrated throughout all training efforts.
  • Review pending jobs or trends, plan for reorganization of warehouse space, and needed changes in levels of supplies, equipment or staffing.
  • Ensure that we are utilizing superior communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers, executives and clients.
  • Utilize all resources including the inventory management system, the operations team, or other stations to resolve customer issues.
  • Work collaboratively with management team to ensure projects and account start-up deadlines are met.
  • Track, respond to, and resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner.
  • Work with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained throughout the warehouse.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking and participation in professional organizations.
  • Provide direction to material handlers in the warehouse coordination the activity with the Warehouse Supervisors.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience required.
  • Basic understanding of business financial principles including P&L, budgets, financial reporting and expense control. Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
  • Customers and their needs should be a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive relationships.
  • Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.
  • Allocate work assignments and/or task responsibilities to others to maximize the organization's and individual's effectiveness.
  • Explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all parties' support and acceptance.
  • Basic understanding of business financial principles including P&L, budgets, financial reporting and expense control. Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
  • Customers and their needs should be a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive relationships.
  • Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop alternative solutions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
  • Effectively participates in and/or supervises department projects related to assigned area of responsibility.
  • Develop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals; develops individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others' work.
  • Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization.
  • Use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of all products and services.
  • Ability to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in influencing departments and implementing and managing change.
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities.
  • Basic understanding and experience in project management methodologies.
  • Develops and uses collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals; develops individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas and appreciating others' efforts.
  • Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization.
  • Use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and patience.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret highly complex regulations and procedures, and respond to common inquiries or complaints.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employee, customers and vendors.
