Job Description:
- Take care of building management documents to be in accordance with the company’s policies and goals
- Coordinate with all departments in the building department according to the company’s policies and conditions
- Take care of disbursement of all office equipment.
- Maintain all cars in the company.
- Care and maintenance Receive a job training from all departments in the company
- Responsible for overseeing the purchasing system, coordinating, preparing documents and recording data.
- Prepare a budget for procurement expenses
Required Experience:
- Have a good working attitude, detail, prudence, discipline, calm
- Have at least 1-3 years of experience
- Patience and responsibility for work and can handle pressure well
