Reporting to the Juvéderm Brand Lead, the Allergan Aesthetics Consumer Marketing Associate Manager will assist in developing the consumer strategy to activate consumer demand focusing on; acquiring and applying consumer insights to form strategy; defining the target audience and the brand activation calendar for each market.The Consumer Marketing Associate Manager will oversee the execution of the consumer activation plan ensuring the activities are aligned with the global brand positioning, the international brand plan strategies, initiatives, and brand campaigns.
The consumer Marketing Associate Manager will implement the multimedia plan and content to drive consumers along the journey to successful aesthetic outcomes across multiple channels. Ensure market growth through increased consumer recruitment and retention. Ensure the use of appropriate metrics to monitor the consumer acquisition performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for the co-development and execution of the consumer marketing strategies to promote Allergan Aesthetics brands – and drive awareness and normalize aesthetics treatments to consumers. Develop and articulate a clear brand voice and ensure it is integrated throughout all internal and external communications. Create comprehensive marketing communications strategy for all target segments and audiences.
- Co-create, implement and analyse marketing initiatives including content (digital & traditional), media plans, public relations and promotions that drive awareness and brand equity. Manage the consumer journey to acquisition and retention. Ensure activities support the company’s brand awareness and sales goals (and oversee agency relationships).
- Develop close working relationship with country Sales Teams, HCP Marketing, International Strategic Marketing, and compliance related colleagues. Ensure an external focus on appropriate agency, KOLs and key influencer relationships. Provide regular feedback to management regarding project status, as well as other critical issues that affect goal achievement.
- Oversee the translation of ISM generated insights into local strategies
- Where necessary conduct research to deliver insights, which shape execution
- Be a market expert on the aesthetics consumer & industry
- Partner with market colleagues to develop international programs and strategies
- Develop annual consumer marketing calendars, identifying key campaigns
- Ensure sufficient content availability, adaption International campaigns as appropriate
- Establish campaign performance metrics to maximize effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborating where required with medical education initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- University degree in business or marketing / medical or pharmaceutical sciences
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Track record in shaping and influencing strategy and working with market stakeholders
- Experience managing large DTC campaigns with strong knowledge of all media types /digital
- Good level of project management experience, ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
