Job Information:
- Propose, develop and improve the tools for resource allocation, planning and reporting of sales teams;
- Create and update dashboards for the sales force;
- Analyze and communicate all commercial data related to field activity, both qualitative and quantitative, in order to help guide the company’s commercial strategy;
- Guarantee the proper implementation and management of action plans, both sectoral and regional;
- Support the regular implementation of customer segmentation, in line with commercial strategies;
Job Requirements:
- Support any possible management of a SFE strategic project (re-sectoring, change of segmentation method, etc.);
- Configure infrastructure and systems in close collaboration with the regional team;
- Improve the quality and transparency of decision-making in the allocation of targeting and segmentation resources;
- Develop monthly sales forecasts for products by geographic area;
- Analyze the organization of field forces to ensure the competitiveness of the team.
