Hiring a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operates multi-line phone systems.
- Greets, welcomes and directs visitors.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Notifies appropriate personnel of visitor arrival.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Receives, sorts and distributes all mail and package deliveries.
- Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.
- Assists with invoice coding and payment submission.
- Performs routine administrative support duties such as preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, copying/faxing/scanning of forms or documents as requested.
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Monitors and maintains basic supplies for location (office/kitchen) and provides updates to manager for purchasing requirements.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of three years of relevant working experience at the front desk and handling multi-line phone systems in a corporate setting.
