Customer Service Executive vacancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To supervise the activities of lesser customer service representatives in the accomplishment of customer care goals.
- Shall provide detailed information to customers through answering any questions asked.
- To keep customer records of interaction and transactions and inquiries.
- Developing strategies and plans for customer support.
- Responsible for managing client claims, quotation and process or cancel orders.
- Ensuring customer care service standard pf the company is strictly adhered to by every customer service personnel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should be having a bachelors degree of Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- The candidate should be with 5-7 years relevant GCC experience in the Heavy Equipment industry.
- Ability to provide expert technical engineering support for equipment maintenance and repair.
- Must have a dynamic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Should be attentive with active listening skills.
BENEFITS
Salary 5001-7000 AED.
